Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At FREEFALLER, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 5 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- Be in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Show no signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, or deodorant marks.
Returns requested after 5 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Products that have been worn or washed.
- Products returned without original tags or packaging.
- Products damaged due to misuse after delivery.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
- Products marked as Final Sale (if applicable).
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for:
- Incorrect product received
- Damaged or defective products
- Size exchanges (subject to stock availability)

Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 1 hour of placing it, provided the order has not been processed for shipment.
After the 1-hour cancellation window expires, orders cannot be cancelled. If your order has already been shipped, it will be subject to our Return Policy instead.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
